Ferrysburg forum slated for Sept. 30 for residents to ask candidates questions
Ferrysburg voters will have the chance to hear candidates for mayor and city council respond to questions in a public forum.
FERRYSBURG — Ferrysburg voters will have the chance to hear candidates for mayor and city council respond to questions in a public forum.
The Ferrysburg Candidates Forum Committee will host the event 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, at Ferrysburg City Hall.
The event is being moderated by Sarah Leach, executive editor of Ottawa News Network, and radio host Mary Ellen Murphy with WGHN.
Members of the public must submit questions for the candidates by 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, to newsroom@ottawanewsnetwork.org. The candidates will have the opportunity to see the questions and prepare before the event.
All candidates and residents are invited to attend.
Ferrysburg City Hall is located at 17520 Ridge Ave.; doors will open for the event at 6:45 p.m.
