• There is a winter weather advisory in effect today (Monday) from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. Tuesday for Ottawa County. Visibility and road conditions may change rapidly over short distances in lake-effect snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening commute. Expect lake-effect snow with expected accumulations of between 2 and 5 inches
• Milder weather will arrive by the second half of the week, with temperatures reaching into the mid-50s by the weekend.
