TRAFFIC IMPACT: The detour route is Port Sheldon Street to U.S. 31 to New Holland Street.

WHY: Culvert replacement
BACKGROUND: On Monday, Sept. 14, the Ottawa County Road Commission will be closing 24th Avenue between Perry Street and Byron Road in Jamestown Township for culvert-replacement work.
This project is expected to last through Sept. 18. Please note that all work is weather-dependent and completion times are subject to change.
TRAFFIC IMPACT: A detour route will consist of Perry St. to 32nd Ave. to Byron Rd. to 24th Ave.

WHY: Sanitary sewer repair
BACKGROUND: Port Sheldon Street between 12th Avenue and Eighth Avenue in Georgetown Township will be closed beginning Sept. 17 for the repair of a sanitary sewer.
This closure should last through Sept. 25. Please note that all dates are tentative, and work is weather-dependent.
TRAFFIC IMPACT: The detour route is Eighth Avenue to 44th Street to 14th Avenue to 12th Avenue.
