BACKGROUND: Beginning the week of Oct. 5, contractors for the Ottawa County Road Commission are expected to begin resurfacing Baldwin Street from 56th Avenue to 48th Avenue in Blendon Township.
Work on this project is expected to last through late October; however, all work is weather-dependent, and completion dates may change.
