Three injured in rear-end crash that resulted in vehicle fire
Three people were injured Sunday morning in a two-vehicle personal injury crash in Grand Haven Township.
GRAND HAVEN TWP. — Three people were injured Sunday morning in a two-vehicle personal injury crash in Grand Haven Township.
The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office responded to the intersection of U.S. 31 and Ferris Street just before 10 a.m. on a report of a crash.

Police say a 16-year-old Jenison girl was traveling northbound when she rear-ended another vehicle at the intersection. The second vehicle caught fire; all occupants — a 39-year-old Fennville woman and a 35-year-old Fennville woman — were able to exit the vehicle safely.
The Jenison girl was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The Fennville women were treated on the scene for non-life-threatening injuries.
