HOLLAND — West Michigan residents won't need a passport to experience the world this fall.

The City of Holland International Relations Commission has announced the return of the seventh annual International Festival of Holland, taking place 4-7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Holland Civic Center Place.

The annual celebration brings together thousands of community members to explore diverse global traditions through live music, art, and culinary offerings. This year’s lineup includes multicultural performances on the Main Stage, a dedicated Children’s Fiesta, an international food court, and an International Mercado marketplace showcasing unique goods from around the globe.

Local officials highlight the event as a reflection of the city's evolving cultural fabric.

"The City of Holland has welcomed international business for many years," said Esther Fifelski, director of the City of Holland Human Relations Department. "And now we have people from all over the world that live in our community. The festival is a great opportunity for us to come out, celebrate our world, and meet other people."

Organizers emphasize that the festival is designed to be an inclusive, accessible community gathering.
