WHEN: Beginning Aug. 25
WHERE: 152nd Avenue, James Street to West Lakewood Boulevard, Park Township
WHY: Water main work
BACKGROUND: 152nd Avenue between James Street and West Lakewood Boulevard in Park Township will be closed beginning Aug. 25, for permitted water main work.
This closure should last through Aug. 28. Please note that all dates are tentative, and work is weather-dependent.
TRAFFIC IMPACT: The detour route is James Street to 144th Avenue to West Lakewood Boulevard.
Road Closure: 152nd Avenue

WHERE: 152nd Avenue, Blair Street to Tyler Street, Port Sheldon Township.
WHY: Culvert replacement
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, Aug. 25, the Ottawa County Road Commission will be closing 152nd Avenue between Blair Street and Tyler Street in Port Sheldon Township for culvert replacement work.
This project is expected to last through Sept. 3. Please note that all work is weather-dependent and completion times are subject to change.
TRAFFIC IMPACT: A detour route will consist of Blair Street to 144th Avenue to Tyler Street.
Road Resurfacing: Butternut Drive
WHEN: Beginning Aug. 24
WHERE: Butternut Drive, Lakewood Boulevard to Riley Street, Holland Township.
WHY: Road resurfacing
BACKGROUND: Beginning Aug. 24, contractors for the Ottawa County Road Commission are expected to begin work on a resurfacing project on Butternut Drive between Lakewood Boulevard and Riley Street in Holland Township.
Work on this project is expected to last through early October; however, please note that all work is weather-dependent, and completion dates are subject to change.
TRAFFIC IMPACT: Traffic will be maintained using temporary lane closures under flag control during work hours. Be prepared for possible delays when traveling through this area while work is taking place.

WHERE: 28th Avenue, Hudsonville City Limits to Bauer Road, Georgetown Township.
WHY: Road resurfacing
BACKGROUND: Beginning Aug. 24, contractors for the Ottawa County Road Commission are expected to begin work on a resurfacing project on 28th Avenue between Hudsonville City Limits and Bauer Road in Georgetown Township.
Work on this project is expected to last through early October; however, please note that all work is weather-dependent, and completion dates are subject to change.
